Venues, big and small, do amazing things for the FFXIV community - they bring people together, and to get their unique message out there that's where I come in. While my portfolio doesn't contain every project I've ever worked on in the last year, it contains a mix of old and new, so please check it out.

Hi, I'm Ceri 👋

I started out as a shoutrunner in the XIV Venues scene last Fall, around September, and it was great for a while. I ran for a few venues, made some nice gil, but then my real life schedule changed and it forced me to step back from venue work. Then one day one of the venues I worked for asked for some assistance with freshening up their advertising, so I volunteered my creativity and writing skills. And thus, I was bitten by the advertisement writing bug!

I wrote for months, working with venues mostly by word of mouth, and then earlier this year in April 2026 I gave my cottage business a name - Ceri's Spotlight Services. It started off slowly, like most new businesses, but has been steadily picking up, of which I'm so very proud and happy.

I love to write, I love to stretch my creativity with new projects, and I will work with you for your next great endeavor - a party, a holiday event, normal openings, whatever you can think of. If you can dream of it, I can write it. If it's something that's not already in my repertoire, I'm willing to give it a try!
